Winemaking

Maceration of the must with the skin for extraction of aromas and colour, followed by light pressing and fermenting at low temperature. Second fermentation in the bottle and aged for 18-20

Tasting

Light cherry red. Persistent and elegant bubbles. Nuances of red fruit jams, intense, persistent with slight smoky reminders. Dominant and tasty in the mouth, very fresh.
