Winemaking
Short maceration to extract aromas followed by pressing at low pressure for obtaining 50% free-run juice. Later fermented at low temperature (15º).
Tasting
Light yellow in colour with greenish reflections. Predominance of floral and fruity aromas that are common to the Muscat variety. In the mouth it is intense, balanced and with a long aftertaste.
