lnhospit is born from the most abrupt, rough, unfertile, and wild land, where the vineyard subsists despite the adversity of nature. lnhospit is made using two catalan native varieties, Malvasia of Sitges and Xarel·lo, from our oldest vineyards. This wine is a symphony in which the richness and subtlety of our terroir are perceived. Low-temperature fermenta- tion (15 ºC), followed by ageing with its fine lees. Minimal intervention, ecologic wine.


Golden yellow colour. Fruity aromas prevail, such as apricots and tropical fruits aromas. A complex and equilibrated wine, with great unctuosity granted by an ageing-with-lees process.

Pasta pesto, seafood, fatty blue fish such as tuna and salmon, rice dishes, chicken with prune sauce, and other white meats.
