Winemaking

Manual harvesting and bunches of grapes hand sorted and selected on a sorting table. Fermenting with the skins at 25º with the object of extracting the maximum of colour and tannins and providing it with a structure for ageing. The wine is aged in barrels for 12-18 months, later refined in the bottle for 18 months.

Tasting

Purple in colour with violet overtones. Intense flavour of red fruits, with balsamic and toasting nuances. In the mouth it has presence, is well structured and with very persistent aftertaste.
