50% Xarel·lo, 50% Chardonnay.
Finca els Caballers, Finca la Salada (25 and 35 years)
Light maceration primarily with the object of extracting the maximum of aromatic compounds, followed by soft pressing aiming to obtain the free-run juice. Immediately after this, fermenting at low temperature (15º) in order to preserve the aromatic and fresh compounds.
Greenish colouring with yellow reflections. Aromas of white fruit and flowers intense and persistent. Balanced in the mouth, with a lengthy and fragrant aftertaste.
