Winemaking
Gently squeezing the whole grape, flower must fermented at 18º. 12 months of aging in cava, after which a touch of characteristic expedition liqueur is added so that all the excellences are preserved of wine and at the same time be poured enough to make it pleasant on any occasion.
Tasting
Greenish yellow and slow and steady bubble. Enveloping, sweet and tasty mouthfeel with a white and toasted fruit finish.
