Brut Gran Reserva
Macabeu, Xarel·lo i Parellada.
Soft pressing of grapes from the oldest vines of our estate. Aged for at least 36 months, it has a strong personality and is balanced on the nose and in the mouth. It is finalized with a minimum of liqueur d’expédition.
Straw yellow. Fine and delicate bubbles, well integrated with slow release. Notes of syrup and some reminiscence of almonds. Structured in the mouth, with a long finish.
